INTERNATIONAL SCHOOLS IN BATAM

1. THE INTERNATIONAL SCHOOL BATAM

The International School Batam was established on the 13th August 1999 in Batam Island, Indonesia. The school is a nonprofit organization and managed by interest parents. Since the school established, it has been steadily growing in term of number of students and facilities. We use the British National Curriculum and we aim to offer a quality education through a broad based British National Curriculum, consistent with the school mission that the school promotes an international perspective among our students to fully develop each student’s potential in each student’s qualities and skills to become a confident and responsible individual.


The school has made history in the Year 2009 as we extended our class levels until Key Stage 3 – Year 7 as Junior High School. This was, in large part, thanks to the continuing support and help from our parents. We very much thank our parents and are confident we will have a successful Junior High School.
